St. Patrick’s Day

A little fun with Lovey this past St. Patrick’s Day.

Leprechaun Approved

We’re a bit silly and a bit Irish, put the two together and it made for a fun St. Patrick’s Day this year.

“You’re my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.”

I dipped Oreos in chocolate, one in each color of the rainbow and stacked them in a bag with Rolo candies, then I tied them up with gold ribbon for gift giving. ojokI made us a St. Patty’s breakfast, similar to the Valentine’s breakfast that I made, except for waffles instead of pancakes. It was even Leprechaun approved.ojmojkAnd of course, we wore yellow. Just kidding, we wore green. 😉knojojjMy little lucky charm for sure Untitled-1

Counting My Blessings On A Sunday Afternoon

Counting My blessings On A Sunday Afternoon

is where I reflect on a few of the many blessing and special moments in my life at the end of every week♥

This week I am especially thankful for!…

~How beautiful my birthday roses still are two weeks later.

~An early start on Spring cleaning, getting a head start on all the deep cleaning and re-organizing in our house.

~Lovey and I surprised Mister Mister by washing and detailing our car and writing him a special note. We left the note on the steering wheel for him to find when he got in it the next day. ♥

~An order for two dozen German Chocolate cupcakes which made our house smell like lovely toasted coconut after I baked them.

~Hazelnut Fraps, my new favorite at Starbucks!

~The fun St. Patty’s breakfast and rainbow chocolate dipped cookies that I made and how cute my boys looked dressed in green together.

~Sunday fun day with my boys: Chuck E. Cheese, grocery shopping, Sonic, then cuddling up on the couch to watch our favorite Sunday night shows.

Thank You Lord,

for Your many gracious blessings in my life!

Shamrock Cookies, My Little Lucky Charm & Birthday Wishes

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all my fellow Irish and even to those who are not Irish and maybe just like the color green. 😉

I made these fun shamrock cookies.

Some Mister Mister and I snacked on 🙂 and the rest I wrapped up to give to people.

Take a look at my little lucky charm, hansom lad isn’t he?! 😉Today is also my very best friend’s Birthday. We share oh so may memories.

We have laughed and cried together.

We became Mommies together.

We know each other’s secrets.

We are Best Friends because we understand, appreciate, support and love each other.

I hope that we always will.

I couldn’t imagine a better best friend than my Nannon.

So on her Birthday I wish her all the happiness in the world, she deserves it!

I love her to pieces…Reese’s Pieces♥
