A new year brings new opportunities to reconnect with the ones we love. Mister Mister and I took advantage of that yesterday and went on our first date of 2012. He had one of his very elusive days off from work so we spent it around town, out to lunch with Lovey and at night a few hours of just he and I at the movies watching Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close.
It had been far too long since we had taken that time for one another, so it turned out to be a much-needed and enjoyed evening. We always say that we are going to get away together more often but then life, as we all know, makes its own plans and they are always such busy ones. Go figure!
This year though, a definite priority for us is finding that time for each other, keeping the spark alive! It’s even on my Lovely List, so you know it’s important business. 
A lovely time it was indeed spent with just that, my love♥
